AI4HER empowers women to thrive in the digital era by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into vocational education and training (VET). The project develops a gender-inclusive AI curriculum, a methodology handbook, and interactive AI Labs, fostering equal access to emerging tech skills. Through blended learning, professional upskilling, and scenario-based modules, AI4HER equips women and educators with the tools to bridge the gender gap in AI-driven industries, promoting diversity, innovation, and sustainable career growth across Europe.
LeadDEI – Leveraging Empowerment for Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Workplaces
LeadDEI aims to create a high-quality digital hub with AI-tailored content dedicated to training decision-makers, HR professionals, and guidance staff in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices within workplaces. The project strengthens inclusive leadership by promoting equal opportunities, self-confidence, and employability of underrepresented groups.
Through an AI-driven learning platform, a Community of Practice, and certification of DEI competencies, LeadDEI equips professionals with tools to build equitable work environments. The initiative raises awareness, advocates for inclusive policies, and fosters long-term cooperation across Europe toward a fair, diverse, and empowered workforce.
